About us

Building creative stuff, with perfection in the DNA.

We are committed to perform R&D at ground-level & building up smart automated tools for the society. Revolutionizing the old idea of writing a 1000 lines code and making it easy, time saving and productive is our vision at DIGI-K LABS.

“Technology is best when it brings people together.”
See how we work

Design

Simple, impactful and user friendly. We design for the person using it, not for the screenshot.

Culture

A team of innovative minds solving the challenges of the modern digital era, together.

Technology

Automated tools built at ground level, on a stack we can still maintain in five years.

Measured progress

Steady growth, marked by clear milestones

As of September 2026
  • 08

    In-house products & tools

Taken from a first sketch to something people can open and use.

  • 04

    Open-source libraries

Published on npm for teams building on Vue and the web.

  • 03

    Strategic collaborations

Digital fieldwork with national missions and research institutes.

  • 09

    Years of perfection

    Independent and self-funded R&D Lab since 2017.

Working areas

From discovery to delivery, end to end.

Every engagement draws on whichever of these it needs. You get one team that owns the outcome end to end.

  • Research & discovery

Interviews, workflow mapping and competitor teardowns that end in a written problem statement - what to build, what to drop, and what nobody has validated yet.

    • Field interviews
    • Journey maps
    • Usability tests
    • Scope options
  • Interface design & systems

Screens designed as a system: tokens, components, states and empty cases documented so a new engineer can extend the product without guessing.

    • Design tokens
    • Component library
    • Accessibility
    • Handoff docs
  • Software engineering

Web, mobile and cloud builds with tests, review and CI from the first commit. Fewer moving parts, documented decisions, deployments your team can run.

    • Web apps
    • Cross-platform
    • APIs
    • CI/CD
  • Automation & internal tools

The lab’s founding obsession: replacing a thousand lines of repetitive work with a tool someone actually enjoys using. Dashboards, back-office flows, scripted pipelines.

    • Workflow tools
    • Dashboards
    • Integrations
    • Scripting
  • Data & platforms

Schemas, migrations and integrations that keep records trustworthy - plus the reporting layer that turns them into something a manager can act on.

    • Data modelling
    • Migrations
    • Reporting
    • Third-party APIs
  • Brand & communication

Identity, voice and the visual language that holds a product line together, delivered as usable assets: type scale, palette, motion rules, templates.

    • Motion
    • Templates
  • Mobile products

One codebase, two stores. Cross-platform apps with offline behaviour, push and release pipelines handled, so a phone build is not a separate project.

    • iOS & Android
    • Offline first
    • Push
    • Store releases
  • Quality & performance

Load budgets, accessibility audits and regression suites run before launch and kept running after, with the findings written down rather than felt.

How we work

A research loop, not a waterfall. Every stage ends with something you can click, read or measure - and a decision about what happens next.

Illustration of a person watering a plant, suggesting careful, iterative growth
  1. Step 01

    Listen

We sit with the people doing the work today, watch the workarounds, and write the problem down in plain words - including the parts nobody has budget for yet.

  2. Step 02

    Prototype

Small, disposable builds of the riskiest part first. The cheapest way to learn an idea is wrong is to make it real for a week and let someone break it.

  3. Step 03

    Build

Production engineering with the design system as the source of truth - tested, reviewed and deployed through a pipeline your own team can operate.

  4. Step 04

    Measure

Usability sessions, performance budgets, accessibility audits and load tests. Opinions are useful early; evidence settles the argument.

  5. Step 05

    Refine

Launch is a checkpoint, not the finish. We keep watching real usage, fix what the data exposes, and hand over the runbook.

Our experiments

Scalable products & tools developed for real use-cases.

We believe in simplicity, so we design & develop impactful, user friendly softwares. Four are live products, four are open source, and one has been serving a campus since 2017.

“We pride ourselves on experimenting successful, end to end technical stuffs.”

Accomplishments

Strategic collaborations

  • RURBAN Mission

    Shyama Prasad Mukherji RURBAN Mission

Built the FormStudio field survey for RURBAN clusters - household questionnaires, Gram Panchayat–level capture, and field-team logins used to assess mission impact on the ground.

  • Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

    National Cleanliness Mission

Digital forms and field reporting for cleanliness-mission programmes, so sanitation coverage could be collected, reviewed and acted on without paper-heavy workflows.

  • TERI

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI)

Digital research tooling and platform support with The Energy and Resources Institute for energy and sustainability programmes.
